Introduction
Early registration rates are in effect through April 12, 2001. Rates and costs are higher on April 13 and thereafter, so register now!
Online
The online registration system is based on your use of a credit card to pay for your conference registration. During the online registration process, you may choose to send your credit card information separately by fax.
Fax
Please download, print, complete, and fax the registration form (below) to +1-407-628-3186. You may need to do this if you are operating behind a firewall that does not permit the use of a secure server.

Important Note
Your registration is not complete until you receive a page titled
"ICSE 2001 - Your Registration Acknowledgement".
This page will contain your five or six-digit registration number. Print this page for your records.
Problems?
If you complete the form, submit your order, and nothing happens, the most likely reason is that the Internet between you and the registration service, or perhaps the registration web server, are very busy. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can re-try later. If the problem persists, please send an email note.
Secure Payment
Although the system used for credit card information transmission is quite secure, some users prefer to fax their credit card information to us separately. You will be offered a choice of this payment option during the registration process.

Secure Update
To update your registration online, you can use the secure update system. You will be required to provide enough information about your previous order to verify your identity.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing and faxed or postmarked by April 12, 2001, or via the secure update service by that date, will be accepted subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference.
Cancellations will not be accepted after April 12, 2001. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.
