Securing a Visa to attend ICSE

Recent world events have resulted in the US State Department scrutinizing many Visa applications. This can cause a substantial processing delay for some individuals.

If you are planning on attending ICSE and you need a letter of invitation, you must send a letter of request to Ginger Ignatoff, <ignatoff@hq.acm.org> at ACM.

This letter must contain the following information:

  • Name and mailing address for person needing visa invitation letter
  • Name, address and fax number of US Embassy or Consulate where the application is being made.
  • Justification of your qualifications to participate in ICSE.

Additional information can be found at the US Embassy/Consulate Website: <http://www.usembassy.state.gov/>.
