St. Louis is home to the nation's tallest monument, the Gateway Arch, rising 630 feet above the Mississippi river.

The Reception at the Arch on Wednesday, May 18, from 7:00-9:00 pm, will provide attendees an opportunity to see the Arch in a unique way. In addition to food, drink and live music, attendees may (at no cost):

> Take tram rides to the top of the Arch. A four-minute ride will deposit attendees at the top of the Arch where windows offer panoramic views, both east and west.

> View the Museum of Westward Expansion. The museum contains some of the rarest artifacts from the days of Lewis and Clark, and 19th century pioneers who helped shaped the west.

> See the documentary movie on the making of the Arch: "Monument to the Dream" by Academy Award winning filmmaker, Charles Guggenheim. Running time approximately 30 minutes.

Go to the Arch web site for much more information on this amazing structure.
